Our Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for a broad range of executive level administrative support and assistance to Executive Level Management. Exercise considerable judgment and discretion and will interact with management (various business functions) on a day-to-day basis, handling very confidential documents, materials and subject matter. This position will require individual to exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve both general and complex problems related to the support of the executives. The Assistant will manage and coordinate the assigned Executives' calendars including scheduling meetings, travel plans, as well as, E-mail administration, compiling reports, filing, some report analysis, powerpoint creation and creating systems to support Executives. The Assistant will act as a problem identification and resolution resource, by answering questions, providing guidance, troubleshooting and following up with other assistants in resolving problems. Improve working practices to improve the organization of the Executives, Compose and type both routine and complex correspondence and documents; perform critical review and proofreading. Additonally, the Sr. EA will have management responsibility for one direct report (Admin-Receptionist).
REQUIRED : College or Secretarial Education, preferred a BS degree . Demonstrated experience in supporting Executives, proactive and anticipating needs. / STRONG : MS Office skills , both verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality. Experienced in coordinating global travel. Ability to represent various executives as needed, in a professional friendly manner.
