Regional Sales Leader -- EAST COAST REGION, Reporting to the VP of Sales, the sales leader is responsible for attaining the sales and profitable goals in line with US regional objectives. The sales goals are direct sales and rebated dealer sales in territory. This includes management of all sales activities/processes, implementation of sales programs within the Company’s strategic plan including but not restricted to recruiting, hiring, training, developing and management of sales consultants within the region, as well as management of assigned special accounts (PL/SPM/HPG/Kaiser). The sale leader may also manage national accounts including distributors and GPO’s.
Required: BS in Life Science or Business Administration (MBA Preferred.) 7+ years sales management experience in medical devices; (Preferred Ophthalmic experience) National account experience, travel up to 50%.
